Well this past week has been very busy just coming back from Houston and I’ve hit the ground running, catching up with all things domestic and business it’s then I’ve packed the quilts up in the new suitcase and headed off to Mornington Peninsula Patchworkers AGM to be their last guest speaker for the year.
What a lovely drive and day it was. Marie Lee, President of Victorian Quilters Inc. opened up the meeting and I felt quilt at home with all these lovely ladies. Thank you to Marion Southey for asking me also to Liz, Helen and Sue whom helped me show off all my pieces that are not on tour…crazy how many I have.
I wish to thank all the ladies at MPP for their lovely kind words and hospitality.
If you are a quilter or art quilter and you live in or around that area I’d highly recommend you to attend a meeting or join. They are such diverse friendly lot whom will enrich your quilting community.
It was lovely to see your beautiful work up close yesterday. Your talent is something really special.
Thanks Marilyn, I had really lovely time showing you all there too.
Very talented and special.
Thank you xx
