AQC Australasian Quilt Convention 2017…tick

AQC is over for another year and I was very honored to have my entry ‘Night Moves’ (Tasmanian Masked Owl) as one of the 31 finalists for the challenge Made in Australia ‘Flora and Fauna’ . The entries where magnificent as always, this time not only will the exhibit travel around Australia, New Zealand but will also exhibit in Mexico in February. The winners of the challenge 1st prize Linden Lancaster’s, Kangaroo and Wattle, runner up was Jeannie Henry’s ‘Hello Possum’s!!’. Hello Possum’s!! also won viewers choice.  Fantastic entries they were and congratulations.
